At ProBrandable, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we work hard to ensure every product meets your expectations, we understand there may be times when things donโ€™t go as planned. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


๐Ÿ” Return Policy

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model and to keep our prices competitive, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

โœ… Eligible Returns:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong item received

  • Item not as described

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please email us at [Your Support Email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product (showing the issue)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer or address on the package.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

๐ŸŸข Full Refund:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item was never delivered (after 45 business days)

  • You received the wrong item

๐Ÿ”„ Partial Refund or Store Credit:

  • The item is not as described, but still usable

  • You prefer to keep the item instead of returning it

Note: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved. Depending on your bank, it may take 5โ€“10 business days to appear in your account.


โŒ Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyerโ€™s remorse (e.g. โ€œI changed my mindโ€)

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling


๐Ÿ” Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you received a defective item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and item availability.


โš ๏ธ Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is automatically processed and we cannot make changes or offer a cancellation refund.
